Territory Sales Manager Jobs

We are focused on flooring products at this time but see growth in multiple products over the next few years. Our clients are made up of trade clients, dealers, and online sales. Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sales Background
• 3+ years' of sales experience
• A sales Background in the Building Industry is a plus
