Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.We are looking for strong sales-focused individuals that are ready to make an impression. We have scheduled salary increases based on sales and commission. This role is incentive-based; if you focus on creating relationships and sales you will be very successful with us. We are now in our 3rd year of business and we continue to grow. Our core beliefs are focusing on small building material businesses out of Europe that focus on sustainability. We are focused on flooring products at this time but see growth in multiple products over the next few years. Our clients are made up of trade clients, dealers, and online sales. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales Background
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • A sales Background in the Building Industry is a plus
