Safety & Human Resources Manager

We're looking to hire a full-time Safety & HR Manager!

Responsibilities

Safety: Overseeing, implementing, and improving upon the Company's Guide to Safe Operations, regular site visits and audits, creating site-specific safety plans for each construction project, working with Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure systems are in place, overseeing all training for industry requirements, & maintaining safe working culture across the company.

Human Resources: Overseeing all hiring and terminations, handling all field complaints, resolving HR-related problems, staying up to date with federal and state requirements for construction employers, overseeing worker's compensation issues, attracting and recruiting employees, & maintaining positive morale within the company.

Qualifications

Must be a strong leader with great people skills. Honesty and integrity are important characteristics, as well as someone who can devise and execute plans quickly and efficiently. Safety and Compliance experience in Construction & experience managing people and problem-solving is a must. A great deal of familiarity with Microsoft and program/policy-building experience would be very valuable. We're looking for a self-starter who is organized and able to execute and oversee a variety of things at once. Must be willing to travel a couple of days a week (company will provide a vehicle for travel days and hotel stay + daily food stipend).
