BODYARMOR is looking for a Customer Profit Growth Management (PGM) Manager to join our team.


The Customer Profit Growth Management (PGM) Manager manages customer plan development and performance with BODYARMOR led customers. This individual is responsible for working with the BODYARMOR sales team to achieve BASN goals across customers within their area of responsibility. This role will be part of a team that works together to manage national market coherency and retail strategy as they deliver on annual BODYARMOR objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze multiple dynamics unique to individual customers as well as category trends to identify key short and long-term customer growth opportunities for BODYARMOR brands.
  • Oversee the synthetization of data that optimizes company investments across customers to meet both long-term and short-term business objectives.
  • Evaluate current and proposed promotional and trade marketing investments and provide new strategic direction when applicable internally and to Sr. Leadership.
  • Generate and provide accurate content for customer facing selling material in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the planning and manage customer volume and financial forecasts to accurately track and deliver our annual plan.
  • Responsible for consistent debriefing to the Director of PGM on brand performance causals, while developing and implementing strategic adjustments to execute with customer teams that deliver annual plan goals.
  • Negotiate customer pricing and investments that deliver profitable growth both internally and externally for Customers, Bottlers and BODYARMOR to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Manage retail strategy investments that balance coherency across customers, packages and channels while sustainably implementing recommendations that improve company profit.
  • Communicate, execute, and manage company portfolio pricing strategies with customers that drive volume and profit growth for the entire BODYARMOR brand value chain.
  • Partners with internal customer sales teams to deliver and align on profitable growth across the customer base.
  • Manage the planning and management of customer investments within a given channel to support overall business objectives.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years PRGM or data analysis experience required
  • Excellent written, verbal and time management skills
  • CPG experience required
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities and influences the overall company’s financial health
  • Establishes credibility and builds solid relationships with cross-functional department leaders
  • Position requires in-person attendance at bi-annual company retreats/meetings in New York and Orlando (or other locations as it may vary year to year)
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
  • Generate and implement innovative ideas that deliver short-term and long-term growth through investment optimization
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player, leading, and influencing others
  • Ability to develop and implement profit growth methods by collaborating with sales teams and PGM counterparts required
  • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Position requires moderate travel (5-10%) by car and plane; including both local and neighboring geographic territories
