About Out Product:
Pvolve offers a hybrid fitness model, so members can experience the method by streaming our on-demand and Live Virtual Studio classes, as well as in person through a growing footprint of studio and franchise studio locations.
About The Role:
- Partner cross functionally with other marketing stakeholders such as brand, creative, press and organic social to develop and execute strategic and high performing campaigns
- Partner with the finance team and leadership to build our quarterly and annual forecasts
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
- Manage our growth agency/ies including communicating strategy, overseeing agency briefings, and leading day to day communications for campaign optimization and reporting
- Partner with the product team to design A/B and incrementality tests that lead to improved business performance
- Own the creation of media plans, and manage the media budget to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Monitor and optimize campaigns, and prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Who You Are:
- Solid knowledge of key channels including SEO, SEM, META, among others
- Strong analytical and project management skills; experience managing various tests including ability to measure and understand incrementality
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- B.A. or B.S. required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6 years experience in media planning and buying including a deep understanding of how to buy across all parts of the funnel and channel mix such as TV, digital / social, search, audio, sponsorship and influencer
- Minimum of 2 years experience in demand planning/ forecasting, managing a large budget and annual/ quarterly planning
- Excellent communications skills
