COMPENSATION: $120k - $130k Depending on Experience (Exempt)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong ability to multi-task.
- Highly detailed with strong organizational and operating skills.
- Experience in CPG Revenue Growth Management, specifically post-promotional analysis and trade spend effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., mathematics, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge
- >3 years of experience is preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Tableau.
- Demonstrated professional and academic success (e.g. graduated in top of their class; consistently received top evaluations at prior job)
- Communications skills- advanced writing and communication skills, and be able to interact and persuade individuals levels senior to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance)
- Analytical skills- the individual must be able to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support the regions in their pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results)
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run analytics to understand effectiveness of trade terms (e.g., incremental margin or growth per dollar invested in each account) and make recommended changes.
- Maintain RGM scorecards.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop customer sell-in stories when needed.
- Utilize Trade Promotion Optimization tool to develop strategic plans and deliver financial targets.
- Lead quarterly promo effectiveness reviews.
- Lead and manage 3 direct reports: 2 Promotion Managers and 1 Associate Pricing Manager.
- Conduct post-promo evaluation utilizing Trade Promotion Effectiveness tool for key accounts and across channel archetypes.
- Partner with Trade Strategy team to develop, implement, and manage trade spend architecture by channel.
- Lead development and tracking of pricing KPIs: price actions, gaps, thresholds, retailer margin analysis, etc.
- Assist in maintaining MAPS guidelines (merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving).
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide thought leadership for promotion, pricing and trade management KPIs. Perform RGM analytics and drive insights to support RGM strategy. Facilitate inter-department communication and sharing of best practices. Support commercial functions on ad-hoc requests (e.g., evaluating new promotions under consideration).
