About the Creator Growth Manager Role
As a Creator Growth Manager, you will work with a set group of clients to achieve their revenue goals via our personalised and data-driven strategic roadmaps. Roadmaps are built upon revenue-driving digital strategies including but not limited to Email Marketing, Social Media, SEO, [add some more]. Our strategies enable our clients to diversify their revenue streams between Brand Partnerships, Affiliates, Ad Revenue and their own products including Memberships, Courses all the way to Apparel.
Responsibilities
- Email management/client comms
- Keep up to date with client history, ongoing tasks, strategic roadmap, tactic status, site, social media, research strategies to pitch
- Building and overseeing clients' strategic roadmaps
- Monthly Client Calls
- Upsell Studio projects to go with growth strategies
- Monitor client satisfaction and service quality assurance inside the department.
- Reporting & Insights
- Client Management
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones
Requirements
- Be able to instil great confidence in clients at all levels and lead a great team to deliver results
- Great English communication skills: oral and written
- Minimum 5 years in Digital Marketing
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify
- Comfortable working with Slack, Airtable & Google Suite
- Experience in E-Commerce Strategy
- Data analytics via Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Social Media & Email platform Insights
- Minimum 5 years in Commercial
- Plenty of drive and enthusiasm, be adaptable, articulate, calm under pressure, very organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in digital strategy in multiple and cross channels: Blog, Email Marketing, Organic Search, Paid Search, Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook,...)
- Strong emotional intelligence, listening skills and ability to establish needs and leads score
