Financial Community Growth Manager for fully remote position on freelance part-time contract.

Description

We are looking for a community growth manager who can drive and lead our growing financial communities, which includes new first time angels, crowdfunders, and other smaller non traditional investors :

1. CF Crowdfunding
2. ETF Angels

Both communities are paid/subscription based communities,

The candidate will be responsible for reaching and achieving monthly acquisition targets for both of the communities.

For example:

• CF Crowdfunding - 25 members a month
• ETF Angels 10 members a month

Additional Requirements:

Candidates should be familiar with the following terms:

• Angels
• Investment Syndicate
• Dry Power
• Crowdfunding
• KPI and User Cost of acquisition
• Venture Capital

Target Candidate (in order of preference)

Built financial community from scratch with either one of the following:

1. Investment Club
2. Small Angel Syndicate
3. Online Financial Community

Built a community from scratch (any industry)

• Paid Community (Can be a hyrbid or freemium model)

Growing a community (not started by them)

• Paid Community (Can be a hybrid or freemium model)

Compensation

Compensation range is open which includes a combination of base and monthly performance targets.

During the interview candidates will need to back into their financial community model assuming execution in Q3 and Q4 2023.
