About The Job
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Growth Product Manager to lead our team of developers and designers at Hopper. This individual will be a true expert in data-driven growth, with a strong bias for action and a first principles approach to problem-solving. They will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing strategies that drive organic growth and improve new user activation rates Hopper. The ideal candidate for this role should be highly adept with data and pricing strategy, and possess a deep understanding of the online travel industry.
Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, data scientists, and marketers, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize conversion and revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop effective campaigns and promotions that drive user engagement and retention.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, frame actionable hypotheses, and design experiments to deliver incremental impact
  • Develop and lead product strategy to achieve growth objectives, including increasing Hopper's active user topline by 20% and increasing new user activation rate.
  • Manage the product roadmap, including defining timelines and milestones, and communicating progress to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep knowledge of pricing strategy and revenue optimization would be preferred
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth product management, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or equivalent.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to move quickly and decisively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product growth strategies.
