Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Partner Growth, you’ll drive the strategy and marketing execution for our key technology, auditor and service partners.

This role sits within Vanta’s Partnerships team, where you will have a direct role in bringing Vanta’s vision of securing every technology company to MSPs, MSSPs, auditors, and other partners. You will own both the strategic planning of campaigns and the hands-on program execution in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do:


  • Develop and expand our public-facing web and mobile presences, and to optimize those presences for conversion
  • Lead optimization of efforts across all digital marketing channels, with a relentless focus on ROI, particularly of paid spend across all channels - in particular, seeking out and optimizing against less competitive acquisition channels in a highly competitive market
  • Own all demand generation/partner acquisition and growth marketing targets
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of efforts across all digital marketing channels - websites, email, search, and influencer, in particular - with an emphasis on partner acquisition and demand generation, followed by partner activation and vendor alliances
  • Work cross-functionally with leaders on product, engineering, creative, analytics, and insights to unlock new partner-based growth opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report data on all our digital marketing channels with metrics and analyses that identify trends and draw key recommendations around optimization
  • Generate deeper insights and understanding for the business about our partners and aid in fine-tuned partner segmentation


How to be successful in this role:


  • 7+ years of experience marketing to technology partners, with an emphasis on digital marketing to create and nurture channel relationships
  • Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication at all levels
  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
  • Expertise in the partner marketing funnel and selling through and with partners
  • Demonstrated leadership running partner marketing programs
  • Outstanding program and project management skills


Pay Range: $208,000 - $288,000; If you are offered the position, your offer amount will be based on your experience.
