About The Role


We are looking for a talented individual to build and lead our Revenue Enablement & Support team, part of Niche’s evolving Revenue Operations Organization. As the Manager of Revenue Enablement & Support, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and productivity of our employees while structuring our revenue support function to provide one on one direct support and troubleshooting for the front line teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our revenue driving teams are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles and drive the company's success while leading a team of individual contributors responsible for Sales Support and Training. This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.


What You Will Do


During the First Month


  • Understand high level current state of approvals and systems guardrails
  • Begin to develop knowledge of the core processes that power the sales org
  • Work with current sales and operations team leaders to begin to understand our customers, products, and systems
  • Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
  • Get an understanding of the tech stack that our sales and operations teams use


Within 3 Months


  • Begin to design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and online modules to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance
  • Collaborate with the sales, legal, finance, and the broader Revenue Operations team to develop and implement deal desk policies, processes, and procedures
  • Lead individual contributors reviewing and assess deal proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and guidelines
  • Document and disseminate processes & workflows with various audiences and levels in mind


Within 6 Months


  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of performance data; identify performance gaps and develop targeted enablement strategies to address them
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to disseminate key Niche product, brand, and protocol updates to the Revenue generating teams
  • Develop and implement Niche’s Revenue Enablement strategy & systems training curriculum in partnership with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations
  • Drive the standardization of Salesforce use & deal processing; provide support and troubleshooting to move individual deals over the finish line while identifying areas for improvement
  • Own sales collateral, templates, and additional pitch tools, driving adoption and usefulness to clients, in partnership with Marketing


Within 12 Months


  • Manage Niche’s Revenue Enablement platforms & tools
  • Continuously evaluate and improve support, deal desk and enablement tools, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption and delight
  • Modernize Niche’s Sales Support & Approval functions; scale Deal Desk execution


What We Are Looking For


  • Experience directly supporting sales / revenue teams on a team and individual 1 on 1 basis
  • Salesforce experience
  • A strong technical inclination with the ability to translate complicated processes for a non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to vet and hire A+ employees
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or operations
  • Process oriented; high level of organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • A strong player-coach, able to lead strategically while also executing training directly and creating redundancy for individual contributors on the team.
  • Experience with sales engagement, revenue intelligence, and enablement platforms such as Groove, Yesware, Gong, etc
  • 1-3 years of people management experience
