Job description
Experience:
2-3 years in a junior growth /marketing/product analyst role launching products with a focus on analytics, landing page optimization, user ab testing, segmentation of leads for social, implementation of email campaigns for growth to create an understanding of CAC and viral growth. 1,000 to 1M users with MUA/WAU engagement experience.
The product unoptimized has 8% week on week growth, 8% Paid User Conversion, and WAU of 34%.
This will be a greenfield opportunity of advancement and growth in a funded focused metrics driven environment. This role is the spearhead to drive understanding between marketing and technology for product decisions and impact. You will be reporting directly to the CMO who previously was #5 marketing of Postmates.
Your role will be cross functional, but focused on these 4 core functions to drive growth across the product/marketing team:
Quantitative User Reporting:
Setup v1.5 of analytic reporting for the Exec team on daily / weekly / quarterly user metrics across social/intercom/fullstory/GA/Klayvio/Instantly/Stripe/admin panel.
You will have support to do the optimization and will ultimately be accountable for its completion, accuracy, and clear reports.
Qualitative User Feedback:
Establish a process for gathering feedback from users through one-on-one meetings, questionnaires, Intercom, including: Create product walkthrough videos, Intercom product tips, etc. based on feedback.
Daily Operational Cross-Functionality:
Work to ensure operational cadence between product and marketing. Run daily / weekly (TBD later) meetings to drive consensus on users’ needs into product requirements.
User Growth Focus goals:
New Users:
Key goals for the next 3 quarters will be to move EdgeIn from 1k to 10K users, 10k to 30k, then 100K to 1M effectively or a +.2 to +.4 to +1.2 K factor of growth.
Engagement targets:
You will work to drive and execute product and marketing engagement based on user data, coordinating product and marketing to deliver a MAU/WAU of .+2, +.4, +.6 level of excellence.
