About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant provides support to IT, Supply Chain, and Accounting / Finance. Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executive, administrative, line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports and recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company employees at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be in various functional areas.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Completes special projects supporting operations and/or other functions such as (but not limited to) filing, tracking, mail / package distribution and special visitors
- Anticipates needs of executives and proactively plans, implements, and executes daily tasks
- Maintains calendars, schedules meetings, sends Outlook calendar appointments, reserves conference rooms, and coordinates logistics for meetings, including audio/visual needs, agendas, presentations, and food and beverage catering
- Supports the processing of contract management and purchasing systems
- Compiles expense receipts, and completes and submits reports for expense reimbursements and credit card charge processing/validation to the accounting department
- Answers phones and greets visitors
- Issues loaner badges and visitor badges
- Handles the distribution of incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail between multiple buildings and floors
- Responsible for mail room set up/ maintenance
- Orders, stocks and tracks office supplies in the workrooms (including copy paper)
- Assists with food deliveries and set up
- Various clerical projects as needed
- Coordinates domestic and/or travel arrangements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Applies understanding of company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
- Computer expertise
- Understands how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives
- Uses established skills to perform a range of daily operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and with limited supervision
- High School Diploma / Associates degree and 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to interact with employees at all level
- Professional demeanor, high initiative

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $21.85-$34.98. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
