The franchise marketing manager role is responsible for supporting Topgolf franchisees and associated brands. This role includes the management of the franchisee relationship with partners and the review of all marketing, promotional and brand submissions. Responsibilities also include coordination with all other necessary internal departments and divisions (retail, sales, creative, finance, digital, PR, etc.) to facilitate execution of all projects and materials in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee projects and day-to-day support of franchisees to ensure successful implementation of brand strategy and marketing roadmaps
• Manage, approve, and guide partners on all submissions including marketing, branding, and promotional.
• Lead the development of centralized marketing assets to ensure international application. Acquire and manage assets for Franchise partners that facilitate the attainment of localized growth goals.
• Ensure the Topgolf brand is positioned in a clear, consistent and concise manner in international markets, while allowing for the flexibility to meet local market and consumer needs. Educate Franchisees on the use of all marketing tools and templates to protect the global brand while growing Franchisee business.
• Facilitate the collection, analysis and communication of best practices and case studies across franchise partners. Share this knowledge with director of marketing, cross functional business partners to build franchisee confidence in the % of sales attributed to Topgolf marketing
• Analyze and report performance on open venues including metrics, key trends, programming performance, KPIs, wins and opportunities.
• Provide input in the preparation of departmental budget and expenses tracking against the budget
• Communication Skills - Listens attentively and communicates information clearly and succinctly (verbal, written, etc.). Very good at building and maintaining relationships.
