Job Description

Blayze Group have partnered with an NYSE listed real estate investor and developer operating in the Dallas Fort-Worth area, to assist them in their search to find a dynamic, experienced Asset Manager within the multi-family sector.


What’s required of you?


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstratable experience managing multiple Class A-C residential assets; acquisitions, development, and capital improvement strategies.
  • Flexibility to travel when required, as per the needs of the allocated portfolio.
  • Strong commercial acumen, knowledge of accounting, operations, leasing, and reporting.
  • 5+ years within residential asset management
  • Ability to collect and present market analysis, and interpret planning, budgeting, bank/lender compliance, and financial modelling.
  • Management experience of property services teams, and direct liaison with key stakeholders ranging from portfolio managers to owners and investors.
