Asset Manager Jobs

Asset Manager needed to serve as Subject Matter Expert and as Company Representative on industry committees regarding operational standards and best practices related to mud pump equipment and engine operations. Develop design and procurement specifications, assess equipment inventory levels, and forecast future needs to procure equipment including: project budgets, purchasing processes, and cost control. Manage the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of equipment and materials to ensure timelines are met including mitigation plans. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures. Coordinate the transport of equipment to/from job sites and third-party facilities. Support operational and logistical efforts to efficiently and safely install complex and highly technical equipment in a time-sensitive, 24/7 operation. Coordinate training for rig crews to effectively understand how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot newly installed equipment. Coordinate and maintain Company warranty processes and guidelines. Must be able to plan, execute, and control a project, analyze failure and reliability rates, possess good interpersonal skills, and possess knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including cost estimating and scheduling. Deep knowledge and experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electric systems. Strong business and data analytical skills. Minimum of five years of experience in the service industry with at least four years in diesel engines, natural gas engines, and mud pumps and four years of experience in a project management role.
