Qualifications
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Portfolio Asset Manager to assist in overseeing our portfolio of multifamily properties located in multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the multifamily industry, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to manage a team of professionals to maximize the value of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value of the portfolio.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on portfolio performance, including revenue and expense trends, market conditions, and investment returns.
Oversee and manage property-level budgets and capital expenditures.
Collaborate with regional property management teams to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across the portfolio.
Establish and maintain relationships with key individuals, including investors, lenders, and property management teams.
Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities and potential risks to the portfolio.
Manage a team of professionals, including asset management analysts, property managers, and construction managers to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property/asset management, with a track record of successfully managing large, complex portfolios in multiple states.
Strong financial analysis skills and experience working with complex financial models and data within excel spreadsheets.
Knowledge of multifamily industry trends, market conditions, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to visit properties.
