Job Description

Business Development Manager: Life Sciences


At Discover International, we are the fasting growing Life Sciences Recruitment Agency in the US! With offices in Miami, Mexico City and Denver! We also have our offices in Europe in London, Leeds, and Poland!


Main functions of the role are to generate and engage with business partners to build new business within the Life Science industry for the company. This candidate will be focused on driving business development, client engagement, business negotiations, prospecting, and closing on new business.


**Candidate must be able to work EST or MST time zones (8-6pm)


Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Maintain existing business
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Cold Call Businesses and develop partnerships


Qualifications

  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience (must have)
  • Contract Recruitment Experience a plus
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
