Job Description

Thrive: Counseling and Psychological Services (Thrive: CAPS), a fee for service private practice, conveniently located in Downtown DC, is growing and hiring a new associate. Thrive: CAPS provides empirically supported cognitive-behavioral treatments through an integrative psychotherapy lens for adults with various mood and anxiety disorders including obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression.

Special consideration given for candidates with strong couples and group psychotherapy skills/interests. A minimum of 10 client hours per week expected with room to grow to full time if desired.

This position is ideal for those who want to enjoy the clinical aspects of private practice without the day-to-day tasks of running a business. It allows the clinician autonomy and independence in their therapy work, while still enjoying a collaborative, supportive, and positive work environment!
