Project Manager V Jobs

Facebook’s Civil Rights Team seeks an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager to help support the product work on which the team is advising.

• We’re also looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects at once, and help keep the Civil Rights team organized vis-à-vis the various products and product decisions being made at the company.
• A successful candidate is excited by taking on and leading on complex and cutting edge projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly drive success working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish bold things. You must also be a self-starter, able to identify issues early and drive to resolution independently.
• This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, organization and attention to detail and interest in civil rights issues. You would be working most closely with one of the Associate General Counsel, Civil Rights, who is providing civil rights counsel to product teams and product lawyers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred)
• Strong systems thinker with exceptional organizational / project management skills
• Expertise with managing executives on complex decision-making exercises
• Knowledge of and passion for critical civil rights issues that impact tech products and policies
• 10+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional work environments and managing large initiatives independently
• Experience operating independently and executing flawlessly on both the strategic and operational level
