Job description:
Required Skills and Experience
Project Management
- Experience with IT project management
- Experience with planning and managing transformation and continual improvement programs
- Experience with all aspects of the PM Lifecycle including, but not limited to, Business Case Development, project Charter, Project plan, Risk and Issue Management, Schedule Development and Control, Financial management, Client Communications
- Experience working with senior resources in a matrix environment with a partial utilization model
- Experienced and effective communication with project stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
Delivery
- Experience within a delivery project management lead role
- Experience with client facing consulting engagements
- Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong leadership presence and ability to interact with senior management within Capgemini and the Client organization
- Mentors team members in Program Delivery approach, scope and benefits realization
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
- Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
- Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
- College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred
- A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
