We are partnering with a private equity firm that is looking to add a skilled DDQ Manager to join their Investor Relations team as part of an exciting opportunity for growth. As the DDQ Manager, you will play a central role in managing the due diligence questionnaire process across their investment strategies and overseeing the central response database. Collaborating closely with Project Management and Client Services teams, you will help maintain an organized response database and ensure efficient information management to support our fundraising and client services objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all DDQ responses.
• Maintain documentation and records related to the DDQ process.
• Gather information and responses from internal teams and subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee and optimize the DDQ database, ensuring responses are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Continuously improve the DDQ process, implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient information gathering for DDQs.
• Lead the end-to-end DDQ process, coordinating timely completion of due diligence questionnaires in response to investor requests.
• Provide reports on key metrics and trends regarding DDQ completion and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in managing due diligence questionnaires, preferably within infrastructure or alternative investments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Familiarity with DDQ databases or software platforms (e.g., Loopio) and a passion for optimizing information storage within the platform.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to DDQs and compliance best practices.
• Previous experience in investor relations at an alternative investments manager.
