Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Overview:Responsible for the artwork creation process across all categories. Ensures quality assurance and all deadlines are met.

Job Responsibilities:

•Sets and manages the artwork creative process (and pre development process) timeline and gatekeeper of all deadlines

•Responsible for quality assurance and ensures accuracy of all packaging content and outcome is of high standard

•Coordinate with countries, legal, R&I and Client DMI team to gather feedback and ensure all packaging content is accurate and meets regulations

•Drives consistent flow of information across team and key counterparts on expectations and deadlines

•Ensure decisions are made on time

•Ensure that visual concepts are cohesive and consistent with the Brand’s image

•Supports Marketing team with key activities such as copy alignment; shade matching and managing claims

•Ensure artwork exceeds industry standards and regulations

Competencies/Skills:

•Project management experience in the beauty industry preferred

•Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of:

oArtwork processes

oOpen and edit artwork files

oPackaging and print industry regulations and standards

oPackaging concepts to ensure Brand cohesiveness and Brand strategy

oStakeholder management

•Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred

•Demonstrated Client Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator

•Extremely organized & detail-oriented

•Prioritization skills

•Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)

•Strong appreciation for our business / sensitivity to métier

•Must be professional and energetic with a positive attitude
