Summary

Our client, a NYC General Contractor, is looking for a Project Manager with NYCHA experience to join their growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NYC area construction principles and practices, as well as experience managing / coordinating a team of APMs and Superintendents while interacting with high end clients.

For almost 30 years, our client has consistently worked with the area’s top property owners to build out and renovate a variety of Interiors projects. As a smaller company they put an emphasis on people, both clients and employees, to deliver projects with the highest quality. Additional details below:

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout
• Ensure that projects meet all quality standards
• Work with Superintendent to manage and coordinate field personnel, deliveries, and safety
• Develop, maintain, and communicate schedule throughut project
• Interact with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, previous experience with NYC NYCHA projects required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
