Job Description
We are looking to hire a project manager for our EMR software.
Individual must be an experienced and highly organized Project Manager who can lead new implementations for nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the country. Individual will also manage a team of customer support representatives and trainers. 3+ years of EMR experience required.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate EMR software implementations for nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
•Manage a team of customer support representatives and trainers.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•Focus on streamlining implementation workflows and maintaining high levels of customer support.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of experience.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary commensurate with experience.
