The Director of Creative Project Management manages a team of Project Managers, Creative Services working on multiple accounts across multiple media types. The Director of Creative Project Management continually partners with our clients and their respective vendors to access and to foster client relationships ensuring client satisfaction, identify and offer new opportunities to benefit both the client and increase Tag profitability. This role supports the Account teams to facilitate and promote new business to expand our client base while growing existing business across all Tag creative production offerings. You will work in tandem with the Creative Operations Director to continually identify ways to optimize studio delivery and efficiencies. LIFE SCIENCES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly motivated organized leader
- 8+ years of experience in Print Production, and/or Digital and Print, Project Management, including Web development and deployment
- Ability to delegate, multitask, prioritize workload and must be extremely detail oriented
- 5+ years’ experience and a proven track record of being a recognized leader and manager of people in a customer service intensive environment
- Extensive knowledge of Print, Digital, Broadcast, POS, and OOH fulfillment Sciences processes and tactic types including Medical Legal Review, Digital, Web, Email, IVA and Video
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
- Advanced understanding of project management tools
- Demonstrated management of a P&L
- PMP certification a plus
- Polished presentation skills
JOB DUTIES

- *Coach Manage team members and develop on project management best practices
- *Conduct diagnostic meetings with existing clients for process audits and required budget reviews
- Oversee the management of training clients and vendor partners on Tag: CMD
- *Respond to RFIs/RFPs and work with account teams to increase business
- * Oversee the management of multiple clients with varying levels of fulfilment requirements
- *Organize and chair team meetings
- *Adapt pricing and estimates for clients based on media plans understanding the competition
- Work with production teams to facilitate most profitable studio production
- Oversee the growth and development of direct and indirect reports
- *Oversee the management of project details and coordination from start to completion
- *Ensure that projects are properly planned, communicated and progressed
- *Plan yearly scope of work/budget with clients
- Keep track of the competitive landscape
- Contribute to improvements of tools and processes used in project management
- *Research and determine the utilization of lower cost centers to drive profit for individual clients/campaigns
- Ensure team members are provided with tools to advance their career
Per New York state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a New York based individual: $110k-140k per annum. Compensation varies depending on job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
