NYC based Experiential Marketing Agency is seeking the perfect fit for our team. The Opportunity
The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the sales process by ensuring timelines and deliverables are being met by the overall sales team. Ideal candidates will have both sales and project management experience while being organized and excited to grow within the company!
Responsibilities:
- Strategize outbound sales efforts to maintain the accelerated growth of the agency
- Oversee the creation of all necessary sales materials, supported by the Marketing Manager and the Creative Team
- Continually research best practices for the industry relating to pricing, proposals, sales funnels, etc
- Allocate leads to and direct the efforts of two fulltime salespeople (Luxury/Branding and Corporate/Livestream) and one junior sales associate
- Must be able to manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines.
- Manage all sales aspects of the pre-sale process to ensure all project deliverables are met within the established time
- Keep the current sales effort workflow consistent as well as bring ideas to the team for continuous improvement to create a strong sales effort across the agency
Requirements:
- Agency experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, highly preferred in sales/agency environment
- Team management experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or experience in marketing, communications
- Extensive Hubspot experience
Compensation:
- Salary range: $110K-$125K + benefits, based on experience
