Company A is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the process of hiring and onboarding a group of adjudicators for the purpose of efficiently processing a large volume of applications from claimants. Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end process of hiring adjudicators for the project, ensuring adherence to company policies, timelines, and standards.
Collaborate with the Human Resources department to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for attracting qualified adjudicator candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for selection to the relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired adjudicators, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements

Familiarity with the hiring and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation.
