YOUR IMPACT AT STARFACE


We arelooking for a Sr. Associate Project Manager, Retail as we expand our global retail presence, bringing new customers into the Starface universe.In partnership with the VP of Retail and Sr. Manager, the Sr. Associate will oversee omni-channel Retail project needs to support/drive sales and help grow brand presence in key global accounts.


This role is responsible for successful execution of in-store/online presence and maintaining promotional activity across multiple global retailers, ensuring 360º efforts and continuity while identifying white space opportunities. Strong project management and interpersonal skills are a must, including ability to influence others cross-functionally, both internally and externally.


We are looking for a strong and savvy Sr. Associate Project Manager who is highly organized, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and has the ability to juggle many tasks and solve problems creatively and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, is a strong relationship builder and has a “no task is too small” attitude.


WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO

  • Help support visual merchandising process and execution for all seasonal on- and off-shelf updates across accounts.
  • Drive and lead brand trade marketing efforts; prep seasonal retailer Line Reviews required items; work with internal departments on content and approach for all retailer-specific needs including meeting/presentation materials and Marketing/Social support.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Ops team to organize creative assets and copy for web presence across all global retailer product pages. Lead and manage Retailer e-commerce needs.
  • Maintain all Retail tools/record-keeping (Global Retail Master document, promotional calendars, Google Drive folders, new retailer onboarding files, sales tracking).
  • Be an integral part of the Retail team: collaborate closely with all partners to foster strong cross-functional relationships to execute and support Retail projects and needs.
  • Ensure smooth set up with Operations & Logistics team of all new vendor accounts: complete new Item/Vendor Set-Up forms (e.g. New SKUs, UPCs, WERCs); submit all relevant paperwork to onboard retailer accounts and 3rd party partners (e.g. fixture companies and field execution)
  • Sample/comp management for all retailer requests and needs.
  • Maintain pulse on product and retail innovations in the omni-channel marketplace to identify how Starface can optimize brand’s equivalent as well as further future brand strategy. Capture trend analysis based on review of both store level and site activation.
  • Work with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to familiarize understanding of product details/requirements including those relevant to operational (shipping), regulatory, etc.
  • Act as a Starface voice/ambassador to consistently help maximize/differentiate brand presence and growth within the space of key global retail accounts.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines with a follow-up mentality.
  • Experience working in a smaller, high-growth company is a plus.
  • Resourceful and tech-savvy: ability to learn and manage projects across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile with constant changes and time restraints.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and ability to effectively tell a story with data and other findings
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience working at or with retailers, bonus if in beauty or consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting in small to large business settings.
  • Comfort with working outside of traditional work hours as needed for calls with international partners

  • Compensation for this role is market driven, and includes a base salary of $70-85K, bonus eligibility and company stock options.
