Job Description
Do you want to Drive Growth and Improve Lives? EviCore a division of The Cigna Group is hiring a Claims System Configuration Coordinator. For this essential Claims Systems role, you'll manage simple to complex Claims Systems configuration within the claim adjudication engine. The Configuration Coordinator will ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization for eviCore Claims processing. In addition, they will perform documentation and development of application functionality and data configuration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You'll coordinate, define, and review claims system configuration to meet change requirements as approved.
  • You'll work claims systems configuration tasks independently with configuration design assistance from Configuration Specialist and Configuration Supervisor.
  • Claims system configuration requests will include but are not limited to claim billing and benefit rules for all claim products and programs.
  • Assists in documentation upkeep in cooperation with Configuration Supervisor and Quality Assurance associates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of claims and health care experience required
  • 1+ years of experience in Claims Systems Configuration required
  • Strong technical competence, proven critical thinking, and impeccable communication skills are required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Excel is required
  • Knowledge of SQL queries within SQL server is a strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast -paced environment required
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Access experience is required
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
