In This Role, You Will

• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
• Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
• Actively engage in industry forums and events
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
• Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
• Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors for leading commercial payment product strategy and development
• Focus on building a best-in-class commercial payment solution for clients and help grow an existing business with the proper risk and control framework
• Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements inclusive of an annual investment process
• Lead the commercial payments product team within the US Dollar (USD) Wire and Clearing Group

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Management experience

• Strategic thinker
• Global payment or wire product experience and understanding of clearing solutions
• Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence and manage effectively
• Effective management skills to lead, develop and motivate a team
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience managing a product from end to end across P&L, risk, and compliance
• Treasury management product experience

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally

• New York, New York $138,500 - $287,600 Annually
• May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
