Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with teams (e.g., business, customers, developers, Program Management, etc.).
• 5 years of experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle (e.g., product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, product launch, etc.).
• 5 years of experience in product management with technical products and platforms

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with full stack developers standardization bodies and processes to build world class platforms.
• Ability to articulate product vision in your area, documenting both short-term plans and long-term strategy.
• Experience with developing high performing platforms
• Experience in working with full stack developers and defining function and nonfunctional requirement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the Fintech tech teams to build platform and experiences across various technologies.
• Drive a multi-year roadmap for the platform and capabilities.
• Outreach, engagement, and alignment with customer around requirements and product needs
• Evolve the requirements to extend beyond the platform but in improved customer and developer experiences to be able to interact with the platforms
• Contribute to forming a coherent product strategy and drive it forward, getting buy-in from stakeholders across the business, merchants, and development teams.
