Experience as a product manager on complex, payments-based products.

Exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate your thinking.

Proven experience translating big, ambiguous problems into clear plans.

Documenting requirements, and managing workflow (ideally using JIRA/Confluence).

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Credit services, banking experience preferred

·Bachelor’s Degree - Preferably, Criminal Justice, Fraud Prevention or Homeland Security, or equivalent work experience

·Experience in payments sanctions investigations and dispositions

·Professional BSA or AML certification(s), preferred

An interest in and knowledge of Sanctions legislation in US

A knowledge of multiple software packages (e.g., Dow Jones, Fircosoft, SWIFT)

3+ years experience in an analytically driven role

Experience analyzing Payments data across various payment flows

Experience with working with data and technologies such as Snowflake, Looker and Tableau.

Experience working with SaaS and/or subscription-based products

Knowledge of data science algorithms for predictions & classification problems

Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within payments and marketplace risk management

Functional knowledge through four or more years of formal education (e.g., university or college degree) or equivalent work experience

Experience with customer management systems

Support the delivery of ongoing reporting on key indicators including loss trends, model effectiveness, operational efficiency and staffing requirements

Prepare for and manage the annual State Banking Department audit and implement recommended improvements

Manage and resolve complex payment exceptions and issues among third-party payment processors and Spire’s customer billing and accounting systems

Provide finance and accounting collaboration for billing, reconciling, and reporting throughout Spire enterprise

Strong knowledge of financial data managing and reporting systems
