Strong communication skills and attention to detail combined with proven project management abilities

Track and manage budgets and campaign performance metrics

Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to manage tight deadlines with flexibility

Experience across a wide range of marketing channels and activation

Helps to executive key co-marketing initiatives with culture-centric partners, manifesting through integrated 360 campaigns (content, activations, digital, social, PR, etc.)

Supports the strategic and creative development for co-marketing from objective-setting through to activation planning.

5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering excellence in payments (merchants, payment processing, issuing, acquiring)

Influence partners in the payments space to build out best-in-class integrations that improve the experience for our shoppers and merchants.

Thrives under pressure with proven experience working on large-scale and time-sensitive products

Own the vision and narrative for the future of payments at Bolt.

Seek out customer and data driven insight and parlay those into a clear plan, product prioritization framework, and execution roadmap.

Deliver high-quality payments products while improving the reliability of Bolt’s existing payments platform.

Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within payments and marketplace risk management

Functional knowledge through four or more years of formal education (e.g., university or college degree) or equivalent work experience

Experience with customer management systems

Support the delivery of ongoing reporting on key indicators including loss trends, model effectiveness, operational efficiency and staffing requirements

Strong investigative ability, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Navigational knowledge of Linux and SQL

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as credit card payment manager at a merchant in the USA.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Leading and fostering credit card payment community shared experience, training and networking sessions.

Possess end to end negation experience to develop and execute strategic relationships.

5+ years of professional experience working in the financial services and/or management consulting industry

Management consulting experience highly preferred

Experience in commercial, retail and/or private banking, cash management, merchant services, and front to back-office operations

Expert knowledge of both Agile and other project or program management SDLC principles, tools, and templates (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Experience with business and/or technology architecture for payments functions such as checks, ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Money Movement

Consumer and Small Business Deposit Payment Products experience (e.g. Bill Pay, Zelle, Bank to Bank)

Prepare month end reporting schedules and flux analysis for management reviews

Owning/completing key high volume weekly cash account reconciliations, utilizing advanced excel skills and system reconciliation tools

Excellent communication and organization skills is a must for this position

1-2 years of Big 4 or similar experience
