About this Role

We're seeking a highly motivated People Ops Manager (Contract, Part-Time) to support our People Team and the People at Sprig. You'll be responsible for project managing, optimizing, and maintaining our foundational programs to help build an effective, high-performing team and a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. You'll help to triage benefit and compliance related questions and support our employees to resolve any issues. You will also work cross-functionally as a key business partner to the organization.

• End Date: 3 Months from Start Date
• Number of Hours: Est. 20-30 Hours Per Week
• Hourly Consulting Rate: $85 Per Hour
• Start Date: ASAP

Your Impact

• Lead Employee Engagement Survey Readout
• Prepare, Launch, Manage Mid Year Performance Review Process
• Support Employee Base as HR Advisor
• Support HR Related Administrative Needs: Benefits Management, HRIS Management, Payroll Entry. etc.

• Project Management Skills: You have experience owning several people-related programs at once in a dynamic environment. You're comfortable working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, taking initiative to move projects forward and deliver results on time.
• Work Ethic: You have a track record of personal accountability, and a high standard of integrity and professionalism. You've demonstrated resilience and a desire to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges.
• Passion for People: You enjoy building relationships with candidates and colleagues — consulting with, coaching, mentoring them — to influence change and action.
• Relevant Professional Experience: You've partnered closely with business leaders to build and support high-performing teams across multiple functions, and provide expertise in several of the following areas: Organizational Design, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Career Planning, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development
• Data Analytics Skills: You seek to understand and improve the efficacy of your work by analyzing data and iterating on your processes based on your findings.
• Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You enjoy actively listening to and communicating with people to understand their needs and gain their trust. You have experience drafting clear communications that demonstrate discretion, good judgement, and attention to detail.
