We’re growing and we are looking to add a People Operations Coordinator to our fast-paced and customer-obsessed People & Culture team.
Location: The People Operations Coordinator will be managing the Austin office (~2 days/week working in office), so we’re looking for someone located in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

In the People Operations Coordinator role, you will:

• Austin (Office) Hub Champion: You’ll be the holder of the keys to Jungle Scout HQ. Keep our Austin hub operating smoothly by managing all office operations and creating a great experience for our Austin-based team.
• People & Culture Team Member: You’ll partner with People & Culture team members to drive company initiatives forward, like planning virtual/ in-person events and managing ad hoc People projects as needed.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: As a rapidly scaling team, documentation and compliance are critical to our success. You’ll own ensuring thorough documentation is created for all team member lifecycle events and that our team member records are organized and optimized.
• Employee Experience: Work with fellow People & Culture team members to facilitate exceptional experiences, including world class onboarding and offboarding experiences for our global team members.
• Smooth Operations & Process Coordination: You’re the glue that keeps our People team moving. From benefits administration to employee engagement (and many processes in between!), you’ll have the opportunity to support, coordinate and/or own a broad range of recurring and ad hoc responsibilities to support our People & Culture team.

From following a detailed process to creating and maintaining documentation, you can spot discrepancies that most would miss from a mile away.

• Organized Multitasker & Impressive Context Shifter. With so many simultaneous projects and tasks, your colleagues often ask how you keep all your work in order. You might have a to-do list for your to-do list, but are also able to pivot quickly while managing dozens of responsibilities in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment. You understand that multiple interruptions during the day (er, hour) comes with supporting a team.

Bonus points:

• BambooHR experience or any HR/ benefits systems (Betterment, Justworks, RBC Insurance, Industrial Alliance).
• Onboarding, benefits administration experience
• Reporting & Analytics
