Are you ready to take charge and lead a dynamic team towards operational excellence? As the Leader for Tax Research, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by overseeing multiple clients.

We're looking for a natural leader with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture. You're the leader tasked with empowering employees to work collaboratively and also independently making decisions, while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and development.

You'll be the driving force behind our production and quality control efforts, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you'll create an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Job Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and to manage change effectively
• 4+ years of related experience with a background in Real Estate Tax Servicing and 3 years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-centric, results-oriented culture
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Proficient technical aptitude in MS Excel and Access
• Exceptional leadership skills, including team-building and emotional intelligence
• Experience managing and/or interacting with distributed teams. Ability to organize and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
