People Operations Analyst Jobs

The People Operations Analyst will be responsible for assisting in recruitment and administration of day-to-day operations within office management and human resources and will report directly to the Director of People Operations.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure compliance with policies as needed
• Maintain confidential records and information
• Support onboarding of new hires
• Support any employee relations issues
• Support and administer benefits program
• Support HSE requirements for new hires
• Other duties as required
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Prepare written reports regarding status and progress
• Support the People Operations Department in implementing positive company culture to improve the employee experience
• Ensure all work is prioritized and completed correctly
• Interview candidates thoughtfully and efficiently
• Identify, research and get-to-know possible candidates

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work well with teams effectively
• Recommended experience in upstream oil & gas
• Analytical thinking skills
• Thorough knowledge of navigating modern web sites
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Four-year degree
• Recommended experience in software company
• Ability to present effectively to groups of people
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge and experience in recruiting and hiring processes
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
