People Operations Coordinator Jobs

Dave and Buster’s is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join the People Operations Team. This position is an opportunity to work in the Support Center with various partners and groups within the organization. This position reports to the Director of People Operations and supports the administrative function of the People Business Partner team.

•Assists department in carrying out a variety of People Operations programs, initiatives, and procedures related to field Team Members.

•Assist with internal and external People related matters, inquiries, and requests.

•Create and manage reports for People Dashboard.

•Support administrative function for People Operations.

•Assist with quarterly Talent Planning and other programs.

•Partner with various teams and departments on People related matters.

•Performs other related duties as assigned.

People Operations Coordinator Requirements:

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.

•A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.

•Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented.

•Strong ability to influence desired outcomes through relationship building.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

•Experience with HRIS database and HR systems.

•Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

•Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

•At least two years related experience required.

•Liaison to working with other departments

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Non-traditional office work environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room, and we get everyone together for “Parties on the Patio” where we relax and catch up over ice cold “refreshments”.
