What You’ll Do:
As the People Operations Manager, you will play a supporting role in the execution of key people operations functions (e.g. recruiting, talent mgmt., compensation, payroll and compliance) and will be responsible for management of our HR tech stack (systems and platforms e.g. BambooHR/Nectar/Greenhouse/Ease). You’ll report directly to the Chief People Officer and will work closely with members of the People team as well as internal stakeholders by using data to provide key people insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Current global workforce knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources
- Evaluate and analyze data and metrics to support reporting, audit, and data integrity initiatives
- Keep abreast of compliance with country, federal and state and local laws
- Responsible for people analytics and insights; collaborate with members of the broader People team to create and present a variety of reports e.g. DEIB, engagement, talent and Leadership team matrials.
- Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers and employees
- Responsible for the management of the HRIS system (e.g. with onboarding/offboarding employees (system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration), as needed
- Support and execute People operational processes and services (e.g. performance management payroll review, benefits, benchmarking) with a focus on employee experience and data integrity
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Expert organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively -- you can easily handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources/People Operations with a focus key HR functions e.g talent management, payroll, compensation and benefits
- You are always exploring new systems solutions for you and your team in pursuit of increased automation, efficiency and effectiveness
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive and strong relationships with diverse groups
- Experience in payroll and benchmarking
- Experience with an HRIS and other solutions in the HR tech stack (BambooHR experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to add value and get things done with a high level of detail-orientation
- Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
