Anamic Construction is actively seeking a Director Of Operations/Construction Project Manager for our growing pipeline of multi-family projects. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction projects owned and built by Anamic and to manage the superintendents and project managers in all phases of construction from beginning to completion.

Director Of Operations/Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications.
- Prepare project schedule(s) and maintain them current for the duration of project.
- Oversee Project Managers and superintendents
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and keep photo records.
- Process submittals and other incidental documents.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Utilize project management software to manage all aspects of projects.
- Manage and assist project manager with permitting process, budget, bid request, value engineering.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of “as-built" drawings and closeout documents by all trades.
- Schedule inspections communicate with city staff and third-party inspectors.
- Attend / lead project related meetings.
Director Of Operations/Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has an enthusiastic work ethic, pleasing personality and is able to problem solve, communicate effectively, work efficiently and independently, lead projects, set priorities and make sound independent decisions.
- Prefer minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager on multifamily projects.
- Proficient in MS Projects, Word, Excel.
- Degree or certification in Project Management, preferred.
