JOB Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, including brands and organizations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms and outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact for ongoing collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to leverage partnership opportunities.
- Develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and explore potential partnerships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing successful partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Analytical skills to assess partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong networking abilities and existing network of potential partners preferred.
