• Experience working as an advisor to executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales operations, digital advertising, or strategy and project management.
• Experience structuring analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
• Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, as well as market specific regulatory and digital ad industry dynamics.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic investigative insights and frameworks to drive projects and initiatives forward.
• Manage strategic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross-Product, Business, Marketing, and Policy).
• Support the process for defining gTech strategies, translating them into gTech initiatives, and driving their execution.
