  • Director of Strategy Ops - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • This strategic operations role focuses on our expansion plan and helping to manage the rhythm of our business. We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively across the products, go-to-market organizations, and corporate strategy to develop and advance business strategies for launching innovative new offerings.

The role: The successful candidate will have prior experience operating and executing on data-driven growth strategies for technology companies, whether through work in strategic consulting, product operations or an enterprise product management role. It is critical this person possess a high comfort with ambiguity, strong problem structuring skills, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills in presenting business insights to executives. The ideal applicant will also have experience working within the product development process, thrives in a matrixed environment, has the ability to establish credibility with product and engineering leaders, and an understanding of operational and go-to-market implications of their recommendations.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in technology industry
  • Establish and drive both strategic and operational business initiatives
  • Experience working at a management consulting company – a plus
  • Experience building business cases and analyzing financial metrics in technology industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Steward cross-functional business operations across our products and GTM teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead annual product strategy exercise In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:


For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $178,900 - $313,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
