About The Team

The Selection Strategy & Operations team is responsible for ensuring that we have the best restaurant selection on our marketplace. The team owns the strategy around identifying and targeting the right merchants and making sure we get them on our platform.

About The Role

You will help craft and execute against the go-to-market strategy for getting the best restaurants on our Marketplace. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product to drive strategic initiatives that ensure we have every restaurant that customers want. You will report into a Senior Manager on our Selection team in our US Marketplace organization.

• Strategize. You will help develop the core selection strategy, determining which restaurants we should be targeting and right the go-to-market model to acquire and retain them. You will identify opportunities for continued improvement, and create plans to execute on them.
• Collaborate. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive major initiatives forward.
• Execute. You won’t just create plans and recommendations, you will roll up your sleeves and drive these plans forward. You will work closely with our go-to-market teams to ensure that we are acquiring the best merchants.Analyze. You love working with data and using data to drive business decision-making.

• You’re equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and 1 foot. You don’t hesitate to get in the weeds and operate at the lowest level of detail, but you’re just as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team.
• You have 6+ years of experience. You’ve succeeded in high-performing cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience), and you’ve led teams to achieve audacious goals.
• You’re analytical. You’re comfortable building complex SQL queries across multiple data sources and have experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• You solve problems from first principles. You’re excited to think innovatively, and you resist “this is how it’s always been done” thinking.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

California Pay Range:

$73,500—$117,500 USD

Colorado Pay Range:

$73,500—$106,000 USD

New Jersey Pay Range:

$73,500—$99,500 USD

New York Pay Range:

$73,500—$117,500 USD

Washington Pay Range:

$73,500—$111,500 USD
