We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Coordinator to support operational excellence within the Product and Engineering Organizations.
This role will support critical business and organizational operations, enabling Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to operate efficiently to achieve both long-term and short-term goals. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, extremely organized, and excellent with spreadsheets.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Strategy and Operations Manager, Product & Engineering. Etsy offers three different work modes to meet the variety of needs and preferences of our team: Flex mode for candidates who are comfortable traveling to an office location at least 4-6 days per month, Remote mode, and Office-based mode. In this role you will:

• Schedule and coordinate Small Hands (~1 per Group per quarter) and support Leads through tactical aspects of content creation
• Support Leads by coordinating content creation and management for presentations and meetings such as CEO Monthly Metrics, OKR reviews, etc.
• Organize gatherings in partnership with Product + Engineering EA and the Internal Gathering team
• Support the scheduling of complex meetings required to successfully run the Groups such as Calibrations and regular Leads meetings, including external vendor meetings
• Maintain information stored on the Product & Engineering Hub and any extra knowledge management needed for the Group
• Maintain all communication channels including: Google distribution lists and Slack channel lists with new joiners, exits, and org changes, etc.
• Support core operations of 3-5 cross-functional Product & Engineering Groups or functional Groups (Design, Research, etc)
• Organize and support Group-wide and cross functional meetings - including but not limited to Leads meetings, OKR reviews, etc. Each Group will work with their coordinator to determine their own Operating Rhythm and cadence, aligned to Patchwork, the internal comms strategy for the CPO and CTO Org
• Manage group invoices as needed
