The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsibilities:
  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term business objectives and strategize platform resources to achieve the shared interest.
  • Some business travel may be expected for this role. The travel is not expected to exceed 60%.
  • Explore and incubate the strategic partners for TikTok Ecommerce and define partner-specific shared goals; design partner operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
  • Build partnerships with diversified players in the TikTok Ecommerce ecosystem to best serve and support users and businesses in the Ecommerce space.
  • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with XFN teams
  • Create an execution plan and facilitate day-to-day executions to record the growth and progress of partner success.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Strong connections with cross-border and distributors are preferred
  • At least 5 years of working experience in e-commerce/retail partner development with demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships and scale existing business relationships; mixed experience in both platform side and seller side is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
  • A faster learner and self-starter. Entrepreneurial mindset. Global vision. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
  • Bilingual background is preferred.
  • Experience in negotiation and deal making
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $223560 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
