Location: Los Angeles area or Remote

The Operation’s Sr. Associate reports to the Director of Operation and is responsible for managing the flow of customer orders from receipt through shipment, as well as communicating with internal and external partners on status, availability, and timing.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support -Provide excellent customer service to include shipment tracking, customer complaint resolution, on-time/in-full (OTIF) shipping in accordance with customer requirements, and customer returns. Work closely with Sales to meet/exceed operating plans.

• Order Processing and Management –manage the flow of both electronic (EDI) and Manual orders to ensure customer timing and order processing requirements are met.

• Item/EDI Maintenance and Documentation –ensure data accuracy in the setup of product and customer information. Validate that systems transactions match physical shipments. Document processes and review exception reporting to ensure system and process integrity.

• Transportation and Logistics –Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with transportation partners to optimize shipping. Ensure that necessary docs and service level requirements are properly executed

• Weekly KPI Review & Compliance Report -Maintain KPIs consistent with customer requirements and company goals. Provide weekly sales and shipping status reports. Work with sales, finance, and external partners to review and resolve compliance chargebacks.

• Experience working with consumer product goods (CPG) and international customers
• Must possess exceptional time management skills
• Must possess exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Prior experience with NetSuite and EDI systems a plus
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Must have problem solving skills
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• Prior experience in wholesale and DTC execution
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment, warehouse, and logistics
