The Global Business Development team is responsible for New Business across the Groupe globally. This is an exciting time to be joining the Publicis Groupe Business Development team. A new vision and structure at the start of the year has led to the expansion of our Operations team to help us win more, more often.
The Operations team support all large Global, regional and local market pitches in the areas of pitch logistics and operations, as well as maintaining (a recently built) self-serve function for markets to run smaller regional and local pitches independently. The team spans UK and US markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the upkeep of our reporting tool Salesforce – updating records for new business opportunities including status updates and commercial information.
- Assist with managing global business development budget, setting budgets for pitches/projects, track spending and identifying efficiencies and savings.
- Project management – lead the end-to-end management of pitch processes including: setting up pitch folders, TEAMS channels, establishing ways or working, creating timing/project plans, diarizing key meetings, managing work streams, content development, proof reading and overall logistics.
- Lead in the completion of Request for Information (RFI) documents and support on RFP responses – working with our local markets to source accurate data.
- Support with the refresh of our BD Content Vault, a self-serve function for our business development community with good quality stock answers and templates, in addition to identifying new content area’s as pitch content evolves.
- Support our pitch experiences team – preparing collateral, setting up meeting rooms, organizing IT support, tech set-up etc.
- Assist our local markets with requests for pitch inspiration, case study requests and Groupe data.
- Build strong relationships with our Business Development Community and local market contacts.
- Identify and build proposals for new collaboration tools for the Global Business Development Team, helping the team to work more efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the qualification of pitch opportunities by completing company due diligence templates and conflict mapping.
- Work closely with design team and pitch leads to develop pitch collateral and distribute across markets.
- Process driven and always looking to identify new ways to do things better.
- 6+ years’ experience in the Advertising Industry (Media or Creative) or in an operational role in a different industry sector
- Possesses well-honed project management skills, to ensure accurate delivery of projects on schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft (TEAMS, PPT, Excel and Word).
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
- Confidence to recommend improvements to processes and ways of working.
- Confident working in a fast paced environment, and able to deliver against tight time constraints
- Highly personable and easily builds relationships.
- Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills

Compensation Range: $91,000-$154,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
