Description


Duties: Drive key projects for AWM senior leadership, owning and executing detailed analyses and strategic assessments and developing comprehensive recommendations to present to senior leadership. Work with teams of analysts and associates and collaborate closely with management on the team, and work with other colleagues cross-functionally across AWM including sales, marketing, product, finance, risk, operations, and technology team members. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive strategic recommendations for business development and optimization, including organic and inorganic opportunities for growth. Develop decision frameworks, methodologies, and strategic recommendations that drive key business priorities and change efforts. Involved in market sizing and opportunity tracking (for organic and inorganic growth agenda) using internal and external data. Provide recommendations by modelling business decisions, determining cost structures and drivers, and assessing potential impacts to clients (including solution set and support model), advisors, and the business overall (P&L analysis). Monitor the industry and competitor landscape, facilitating innovation and thought leadership within the organization in the areas of Data/Analytics/AI/ML, process automation/digitization, operations transformation, digital product design, agile development, commercialization and growth. Produce materials for senior leadership including competitor profiles, and industry trends relating to AI, Machine Learning, Digital Client and Advisor Experience capabilities, which includes developing recommendations and roadmaps for products, digital transformation, operating models, and go-to-market strategies. Leverage internal network and connections in support of analysis and recommendations, and liaise with internal stakeholders for information gathering efforts and collaborate across lines of business. Involved in creating and scoping work-plans and driving one or more work streams, including mentoring junior team members and facilitating key stakeholder relationships.


Qualifications


Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field of study plus 7 (Seven) years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy Director, Senior Consultant, Finance Senior, or related occupation.


Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Business, Technology and Operations strategy including growth strategy, operating models, organizational change, product strategy, strategic roadmaps and transformations; MS Office including Power Point, Excel, and Word; Data Analytics; Design Thinking; Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Cloud; Automation including Robotic Process Automation (RPA); and Product Operating Model, Jira or Agile Methodology.


Job Location: 390 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10017. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.


Salary: $190,000.00-$225,000.00 per year.
