We are looking for an Operations Analyst - Business Ops to join the Paradigm team. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide operations and solution support for our Business Operations department.

What You Will Do:

• You will serve as an internal systems consultant; responsible for implementing internal systems and projects that support Paradigm business functions. This includes gathering requirements, designing, and documenting workflows, conducting system build, conducting, and coordinating system testing, supporting end user training for internal systems.
• You will assist with a variety of internal initiatives such as conducting impact analyses, conducting surveys, maintaining documentation, contributing to our internal knowledge base, monitoring system use, and creating or distributing operational reports.
• You will serve as primary systems administrator for our CRM tool (Salesforce). You will work with various stakeholders to gather business requirements to optimize the platform in addition to supporting routine operational functions and activities.
• You will serve as a liaison to the leaders of various business units for the systems, processes, and tools supported by the Business Operations team.
• You will support our sales team through prospect/account activity tracking, lead and opportunity management, and commissions. You will provide process, tool and integrated solutions support, as well as presenting new solutions to the sales team to optimize internal workflows.
• You will support key operational business functions across different business units and coordinate cross-division operations meetings. Efforts will include performing audits and evaluation of business unit needs.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You are competent in the Microsoft suite of applications. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and/or Power BI are preferred.
• You have 2+ years of experience in business operations, systems analyst or consulting work or customer service, ideally within the software industry.
• You have strong technical skills, are comfortable learning and adopting new tools, and are adept at applying processes or solutions to address business needs.
• You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.
• You are known for your excellent collaboration & communication skills with an ability to prioritize & coordinate work with a variety of internal stakeholders. This may include team members in sales, accounting, legal, product, services, human resources and marketing (in multiple offices & internationally).
• You are effective in proposing innovative solutions to business problems and are highly skilled in collecting pertinent information when gathering requirements.
• You are highly organized and take a pragmatic approach to project execution.
• Preferred experience: Salesforce administration; successfully building, configuring and automating solutions for stakeholders.
